One of the big areas that we focus on is succession planning. We want to know what the end goal is for you and how we can help you get there, whether that be an external sale, passing on to a future generation or a management buy out. We will sit down with you and come up with an approach that works, a timeline of how to get there and also a scenario that works for all parties.
Our team are all highly skilled and we have quite a unique set up compared to other firms in that all of our staff are qualified in their professional exams. This means that when you pick up the phone and talk to one of our team, you can be confident in the advice they provide.
As well as being the token accountant for the BNI Foxes, you will often see me chatting to the other members of the group about the other foxes in my life - my beloved Leicester City!!
